The buyer-issued instruments have moved to a single page, Guides, so there is one current copy of each file rather than two.

On that page: the Request for Value pack (the buyer-issued template, the vendor response format, the Evidence Checklist and the workbook), the Verification Line clause, the Purchase Outcome Register, and the Buyer-Side Value Governance Self-Assessment. Everything there is free to download, edit and issue under CC BY 4.0, with no sign-up and no email address.
